About PR Justice & Leadership Consultancy
With over three decades of leadership experience within the justice sector, I bring a unique and comprehensive understanding to the challenges and opportunities facing leaders today. My career journey includes serving as a Prison Governor and a Director in Private Justice and Immigration detention settings across both the UK and Australia. I've also held positions as a Managing Director within justice organisations and worked as an Independent Justice Consultant with various UK and International organisations.
My academic background, including an MSc in International Management, complements my practical experience. I am an accomplished leader with proven expertise in people and culture leadership, behaviour and risk management, operational excellence, contingency planning, and crisis management, as well as organizational strategic development. I have a strong track record in commissioning and contract management for outsourced services in prisons and immigration development, along with solution development, mobilisation, transition, and transformation projects for significant, related contracts.
As a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership (IoL) and an experienced Affiliated Coach, Mentor, for the IoL, I am deeply committed to empowering individuals and senior leadership teams to unlock their full potential.
